Fusion AI was founded in DIFC — Dubai’s financial innovation hub — with a clear observation: enterprises were struggling with AI. Not because the technology wasn’t ready, but because the implementation wasn’t right. Off-the-shelf tools were creating more complexity than value. Generic consulting was producing slide decks, not production systems.
We took a different approach. Every engagement at Fusion AI is custom-built, NDA-protected, and structured around agile sprints with weekly demos.
